Aceites Mestral’s extra virgin olive oils, from 100% Arbequina olives, come to Alimentaria endorsed by the quality guarantee of such a prestigious ambassador as Carme Ruscalleda. For decades, the renowned Michelin-star chef has been a loyal customer and consumer of the olive oil turned out by the Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative.

Almost a thousand farmers on the Costa Dorada dedicate their lives to the cultivation of olive trees for its locally-produced oils, certified with the Siurana PDO seal.

In Catalonia, the Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative’s olive mill has reaped the most awards for the excellence of its oils. Among its products, new offerings include seasonings based on extra virgin olive oil macerated with premium Mediterranean flavours: rose flowers, lemon, black truffle, hot chili pepper, Funghi Porcini, basil, black garlic, smoked, oregano and rosemary.
