Montes Lara expands its product catalogue with five new sponge cakes, pound cakes, and bundt cakes

Montes Lara expands its range of pastries for breakfast and snacks with five new products in the categories of sponge cakes, pound cakes and special madeleines, made in keeping with the Inpanasa group’s philosophy: fresh, tasty and extremely moist.

The new cakes that Montes Lara will present at Alimentaria are: Cherrychoc, with 6% candied cherries and a special cocoa covering; Carrot Cake, made with 10% natural candied carrots; and Lemon Sponge Cake, with natural zest.

Lemon zest is also the key ingredient in its new pound cake, while their special madeleine category is rounded out with lemon cream bundt cake.

In this way, the company located in Girona, specialised in the production of pastries since 1976, offers a catalogue with 30 families of products, renowned for its high quality.
