Saborosa is bringing Portugal’s favourite biscuits to Spain, and Alimentaria attendees will be able to enjoy the unique taste of the popular Belgian biscuits produced in the neighbouring country, made with local flour for the Spanish market.
Sabrosa has developed its own recipe based on the artisanal way of making Belgian biscuits, which imbues all their varieties with exquisite flavour and textures: the original recipe, with a thin, crispy wafer; chocolate-coated biscuits; chocolate-coated, orange-flavoured biscuits; and mini bites.
