Eating better in a hurry

At Alimentaria, under the premise of eating healthily with high-quality ingredients and in a short space of time, renowned chef Kav Ly will present ALOLOCO, the new fast food brand inspired by popular Latin cuisine. Under the motto “eating better”, the three product lines it encompasses embrace current-day consumer habits, particularly those of the new generations, who require high-quality meals despite having little time to cook them.

ALOLOCO proposes original and healthy dishes prepared with ingredients of the highest quality that are ready-to-eat, in keeping with the creator’s starting premise: “We’re living faster every day, with more activity in our free time, and we’re more concerned about our health and well-being and more aware of the environment”.

Thus, the new brand is made up of seven flavours of empanadas on two-unit trays, in response to the growing demand for finger food products, six kinds of fajitas on trays with two nests, one with the food and the other with four fajitas, and four menu options consisting of a main course with its respective garnish.
